Budget Highlights
The Executive Budget recommends the spend out of $147 million of re-appropriations to finance equipment purchases for State agencies including SUNY and CUNY. Equipment purchases include management information systems, laboratory equipment, and healthcare technology systems. No new appropriations are being advanced for this purpose in the 2015-16 budget.
