Meeting Notices for Boards and Committees
skip breadcrumbsOn October 19, 2021, Governor Kathy Hochul signed Chapter 481 of the Laws of 2021 amending Section 103(e) of the Open Meeting Law to require that records of public bodies expected to be discussed at open meetings be made available, to the extent practicable, upon request and posted online, at least 24 hours before the open meeting.
Consistent with the Division of the Budget Transparency Plan (PDF), a centralized list of all public bodies on which the Budget Director serves, or has an authorized designee, is provided below. The Budget Director serves on many public bodies as an appointee (i.e. in an individual capacity), a designee (i.e. on behalf of another member), or ex officio (i.e. as a result of being the Budget Director).
Also included are links to the meeting notices on the respective public bodies’ websites. DOB will continue to update the list as boards and committees are established or new information becomes available.
