The NY Works Task Force was established in 2012 to bring together leading finance, labor, planning, and transportation professionals to coordinate a statewide infrastructure plan that will effectively and strategically guide capital program development and allocation of New York's capital investment funding.
The 2015-16 Executive Budget includes an $850,000 appropriation to support the activities of the Task Force. This is a decrease of $150,000 from the 2014-15 budget and primarily reflects operational and administrative efficiencies.
