Mission

The State Constitution established the Commission on Judicial Conduct, which is responsible for investigating complaints of misconduct against State judges and local justices. Subject to review by the Court of Appeals, the Commission has disciplinary powers and may render determinations to admonish, censure or remove judges and justices from office for misconduct, or to retire judges for disability.

Budget Highlights

The Executive Budget recommends $5.5 million and a workforce of 50 FTEs for this agency, both of which are unchanged from the 2014-2015 budget.
