The New York State Division of the Budget is seeking a qualified public accounting firm to perform a review of the Division of the Budget’s compliance with administrative and programmatic internal controls. The purpose of this review of operations is to assure conformance with management policies and the effectiveness of internal controls.
The New York State Division of the Budget is seeking a qualified public accounting firm to perform a review of the Division of the Budget’s compliance with administrative and programmatic internal controls. The purpose of this review of operations is to assure conformance with management policies and the effectiveness of internal controls.Under the Procurement Lobbying Law, a restricted period is currently in effect for this Procurement and it will remain in effect until State Comptroller approval of the resulting contracts. Potential bidders are prohibited from contact related to this procurement with any New York State employee or any representative of a New York State board or commission, other than the designated contacts identified below. All inquiries regarding this Procurement should be made, in writing, to: Contracts@budget.ny.gov.
